Do you ship to my country?

Yes! Valèvé ships globally. However if your country isn't listed on the postage options, please contact us for confirmation of price. It doesn't usually vary too much.

How soon are orders shipped?

We offer a prompt and personal service, always aiming to ship orders within 72 hours. You will be notified as soon as possible if there any undue delays with shipping your order.

How will you send my Valèvé order?

NZ deliveries will be made to your door by a reputable courier, unless you have a rural address in which case NZ Parcel Post may be used.

International orders are normally sent by International Air Post which is not trackable.

An international trackable courier service is available for an extra charge.

Hey! I’ve ordered something gorgeous – when will it arrive?

NZ deliveries – couriers normally deliver within 2 days, or up to 4 days for rural delivery

International delivery – this will vary depending on the destinations postal network. However, we have found it to typically be 6-10 days globally, sometimes up to 3 weeks at busy times of the year.

Priority delivery is available internationally, this usually takes 3-7 days and is tracked.

Please be aware that delivery time is dependent on your local postal/courier network.

Sometimes your local customs will hold packages briefly for checking and occasionally they may make charges of import taxes/fees to the recipient according to local law. This is beyond our control, and is the responsibility of the recipient.

If ordering for a special occasion, please allow plenty of time to avoid the occasional time delays which are beyond our control.

I can’t wait! - How will I know when my package is sent?

As soon as your order has been dispatched, you will be advised by email that it is on its way. The email message will include tracking details, if applicable, so you can track progress on-line at any time.

Will my item definitely be in stock?

Our offers are all 'while stocks last'. We try our best to keep the website up to date, if your choice is available online it should be in stock. If we are unable to supply your purchase, we will contact you at the earliest possible time and give you the option to wait for stock or receive a refund.

Will it be in stock next time?

We hope so, but we can't guarantee that all products will always be available. If an item you are looking for is not available please inquire and we will do our best to help you.

Help! I’ve received an incorrect item in my order – what shall I do?

Please let us know right away by phone NZ 0800-474-557, AUS 1800-474-552 or email and we will put it right for you.

Ah Oh! - Can I Return my Purchase?

Sure you can. We understand that buying online can be tricky as you've never felt the product or tried the garment. We're sure you'll find something to love, but for your peace of mind we offer a returns guarantee as follows.

If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, please let us know within 30 days of the purchase date; so we can organise a replacement, credit or refund.

Your item will need to be returned in its original, unworn/unused condition along with the original packaging so that it can be re-sold. It needs to be unsoiled and not damaged in any way. Please pack the item well to avoid damage and include a copy of your invoice in the package.

We will reimburse return courier for damaged, defective or incorrectly supplied items only.

You may wish to send goods back by a trackable method, as Valèvé does not take responsibility for items lost in the process of returning.

When will I receive my Exchange or Refund?

Exchanges - If you wish to exchange your item for another size/colour, please contact us promptly so we can reserve your new item while awaiting for the return. Exchanges will be dispatched within 48 hours of the return being received

Refunds – once your return is received, your refund will be processed back to your credit card within 7 days.

What will it cost in my currency?

You can use the currency convertor tool on the website as a guide to see what the price may be in another currency. We will charge your card in NZD and your transaction will be converted at the current exchange rate as determined by your credit card company.
